This release note covers new features and improvements in Sanas App versions **5.3.12** and **5.3.13**

### New Speech AI Model: Speech Enhancement (SE2.1)

***SE2.1*** is the latest speech AI model for Sanas Speech Enhancement, delivering broad performance improvements across audio quality, clarity, and resilience.

**Improvements**

- Enhanced audio fidelity for older telephony systems (8 kHz sampling rate), producing richer audio output.
- Removes background noise and distant speech, and restores foreground speech to high fidelity.
- Corrects reverb and room acoustics from the user's speech.
- Restores audio lost to poor network connectivity and corrects degradation from codec compression.
- Improved audio clarity, articulation, energy, and vocal presence.

### Automatic Deactivation for Inactive App Users

The Sanas Portal now supports automatic deactivation of inactive App users. When enabled, the feature:

- Updates a user's status to **Deactivated** in the Portal once they exceed the configured inactivity period.
- Select your Sanas Account to configure this feature.
- Allows deactivated users to be reactivated at any time to restore their access.

### Schedule Reports

Admins and managers can now schedule Sanas Reports for automatic email delivery at a defined frequency, eliminating the need for manual exports from the Portal.

Schedules include the following parameters:

- **Report types:** Select the report templates to include.
- **Duration:** Define the data aggregation period — Last 30 days, Month to Date, or Week to Date.
- **Cadence:** Set the delivery frequency — Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
- **Send to:** Add recipient email addresses.

Schedules can be created independently for each Group, with no limit on the total number of schedules.

### App Licenses View

A new license view is now available on the Sanas Account home page, giving admins visibility into contracted licenses across all Groups. The view tracks:

- **Contracted Seats:** Used by products such as Accent Translation, Noise Cancellation, and Speech Enhancement. Displays contracted and consumed seats.
- **Contracted Minutes:** Used by the Language Translation product. Displays contracted and consumed minutes.

The view also surfaces active subscriptions, product names, license types, and contracted quantities.

### Linux support - Stratodesk NoTouch OS

Sanas App V5 now officially supports Linux on Stratodesk NoTouch OS.
