How to disable/enable a team?

Note: Only Admins have the authority to disable a team. Disabling a team renders all licenses inactive, preventing users within the team from accessing the app.

How to Disable a Team

1. Navigate to Teams: Click on "Users" in the main menu.

   

2. Select a Team: Choose the team you wish to disable.

   

3. Open the Options Menu: Click on the "three dots" (options menu) next to the team name.

   

4. Disable the Team: Click on "Disable".

   

5. Confirm by clicking "Disable" again.

   

6. Verify the Status: Ensure the team status is set to "Disabled".

   

How to Enable a Team

1. Select a Disabled Team: Navigate to and select the team that is currently disabled.

   

2. Open the Options Menu: Click on the "three dots" (options menu) next to the team name.

3. Enable the Team: Click on "Enable".

   

4. Verify the Status: Ensure the team status is set to "Enabled".
