Key highlights include Sanas Speech Intelligence, a new speech analytics solution with real-time transcription, conversation analytics, and automatic compliance alerts, and the Sanas Chrome Extension, a browser-based deployment option for Chrome OS users. This release also brings new Speech Enhancement Modes, Auto-Enable Sanas, Lock Voice Profile Selection, and enhanced App License reporting. **What’s new** - [Sanas Chrome Extension](/portalv3/docs/may-2026#sanas-chrome-extension) — Sanas has arrived on Chrome OS. The Chrome Extension brings Sanas Speech AI directly into the Chrome browser, enabling Chrome OS users to access Sanas where the Sanas Desktop Application cannot be installed. Audio is processed in a remote location and the synthesized audio is returned to the conferencing platform in near real-time. Accent Translation is available on the Chrome Extension today, with additional Sanas products coming soon. Personal identification information (PII) is automatically redacted from all transcriptions, keeping SI secure and compliant for use in any business environment. - **Conversation analytics** — Users receive a comprehensive conversation summary, action items, key points, and free-text notes during and at the end of each call, reducing post-call logging overhead. - **Automatic compliance alerts** — An LLM model continuously analyzes conversation transcriptions in real time and triggers a compliance alert if any non-compliant activity is detected. Alerts are sent to the admin dashboard for proactive action. - **SI Dashboard** — A dedicated dashboard on the Sanas Portal provides a consolidated overview of a Group's analytics performance. The table now includes the following columns: - **Subscribed plans** — Name of the subscribed plan. - **Products** — Sanas product linked with the plan. - **License Type** — License type associated with the product: **seat/month** or **minutes**. - **Contracted** — Number of seats contracted on a monthly basis, or total minutes contracted with Sanas. - **Consumed** — Number of seats consumed within the current month, or number of minutes consumed from the contracted minutes. - **Remaining** — Indicates whether the current usage is within the contracted limit (**Available**) or has exceeded it (**Overaged**), along with the remaining or excess seats or minutes. --- ### Speech Enhancement Modes **Required Sanas App Version**: `5.4.9` and above Optimize Sanas **Speech Enhancement (SE)** performance with new usage-optimized Enhancement Modes. Configure the Enhancement Mode that best fits your team's workflow, with options ranging from Multi-speaker to Single Speaker mode, and near-field to far-field microphone placement support. See [Configure Enhancement Mode](https://help.sanas.ai/portalv3/docs/configure-speech-enhancement-modes) for configuration instructions. --- ### Auto-Enable Sanas **Required Sanas App Version**: `5.4.9` and above The Auto-Enable Sanas feature can now be configured from the Portal to ensure that Sanas toggles are enabled by default for both incoming and outgoing audio on each new app session. When a user launches and authenticates on the Sanas App, the Sanas toggle is automatically enabled for Accent Translation, Noise Cancellation, and Speech Enhancement. See [Configure Auto-Enable Sanas](https://help.sanas.ai/portalv3/docs/auto-enable-sanas-on-app-launch) for configuration instructions. --- ### Lock Voice Profile Selection **Required Sanas App Version**: `5.4.9` and above The **Lock Voice Profile Selection** feature for Accent Translation allows admins to enforce a voice profile for Sanas App users. Once configured, the active voice profile (Masculine or Feminine) on the Sanas App is locked and cannot be modified by the user. Admins can review the currently assigned voice profile from the App Users table and update it if required.
