For in-depth feature details, please visit our [product documentation](https://help.sanas.ai) or write us at [support@sanas.ai](mailto:support@sanas.ai) with any questions. **What’s Released** - 🌟 [Automatic deactivation of inactive app users is now live on Noise Cancellation workspaces](/v1/docs/december-2025#feature-update-automatic-deactivation-of-inactive-users). - 📋 [Updated format for downloaded Sanas reports](/v1/docs/december-2025#sanas-reports-formatting) --- ### Feature Update: Automatic Deactivation of Inactive Users Effective user management is critical, and we're making it easier. We're now rolling out the automatic deactivation of inactive app users feature to all Noise Cancellation workspaces, a feature previously available only on Accent Translation workspaces. **What it does** This feature monitors user activity and automatically deactivates app users after they cross the defined inactivity period. Admins can reactivate deactivated users at any time in the Portal, if required. This feature eliminates manual admin work towards managing active app licenses. **Inactivity period**: App inactivity is calculated from the user’s last app logout. **Getting started** 1. Log in to the [Sanas Portal](https://portal2.sanas.ai) as admin, and navigate to **Settings** > **Workspace Settings**. 2. Enable "**Deactivate Inactive App Users**" and select the inactivity period from the drop-down. Default is set to 30 days. 3. Once enabled, the system monitors all users in the respective workspace. Refer to our guide on [Enable automatic deactivation of inactive app users](https://help.sanas.ai/docs/automatic-inactive-app-users-deactivation) to learn more. --- ### Sanas reports formatting We've improved the formatting of exported Sanas reports to make your data easier to read and analyze. **What's Changed** *Session Duration* and *App Enabled* duration now display in a standardized format: **Hours (HH): Minutes (MM): Seconds (SS)**. This consistent formatting makes it simple to compare data across these parameters at a glance. ![Utilization report showing session and app enabled time for user engagement analysis.](https://cdn.document360.io/9bc36e9c-f402-4213-b56f-4ecdf805bb1a/Images/Documentation/Untitled 3(1).png) Downloaded copy of the Sanas Report > [!NOTE] > Report data is synced with the configured time zone > > Downloaded Sanas reports display data in the time zone (*browser based* or *workspace based*) configured for the workspace. --- ## Support **Need help?** Get in touch with our [Support Team](mailto:support@sanas.ai) for assistance.
