Introduction

This guide instructs Admin/Supervisor users to accept the invitation and join the Sanas Portal.

Once any admin adds you to the Sanas Portal, you receive an invitation email, or your admin shares the sign-up link directly to join. Follow the applicable procedure below for exact instructions.

Before you begin

  • The procedure assumes you’ve already received the invitation. If not, contact your current Sanas admin or IT team for an invitation.

Accept invitation

You can receive an invitation in the following ways. Select the applicable tab below based on your invitation type:

  1. Open the invitation email and click Accept invitation. This opens the sign-up link in the default browser.

  2. Reset your Portal password.

  3. Log in to the Sanas Portal with your new credentials. You’ll be navigated to the assigend Workspace, upon login.

  1. Open the sign-up link that your Sanas admin shared on your preferred browser.

  2. Please enter your Full name and Work email in the respective fields. Then, select the acknowledgment checkbox and click Continue. Sanas will send an email verification link.

  3. Open the verification email and click Finish signup.

  4. Configure your Portal password.

  5. Log in on the Sanas Portal with your new credentials. You’ll be navigated to the assigend Workspace, upon login.
