# Download reports

### Introduction

This guide walks you through the steps to download reports for a Workspace from the Sanas Portal. To learn more about report metrics and their use cases, see [Understand Sanas Reports](https://help.sanas.ai/docs/sanas-reports).

### Before You Begin

- You must have **Sanas Portal** access to complete the steps below.
- Users with the **Supervisor** role can view and download reports only for the teams assigned to them.

### Download Sanas Reports

Follow the steps below to downalod Sanas Reports:

1. Log in to the [Sanas Portal](https://www.portal2-sanas.ai) with your credentials.

3. Adjust the report parameters as needed:

> [!WARNING]
> **Note** 📔: By default, the report is set to **Today** and includes **All Teams**. Report data is generated daily between **12:00 AM and 11:59 PM** based on the **timezone of the admin user** viewing it. See [Report considertations](https://help.sanas.ai/docs/sanas-reports#important-considerations) to learn more.
  - **Timeline**: Choose from **Today**, **Yesterday**, **Last 7 Days**, or **Last 30 Days**.
