### Overview

The Sanas Portal **Home page** is your comprehensive dashboard, providing a summarized overview of the selected Workspace.

### Key Metrics Explained

1. **Active Users**: Number of app users that have activated the Sanas app at least once in the last 24 hours.
2. **Provisioned Licenses** (Sanas Accent Translation only): Total number of Sanas app licenses allocated to the Workspace.
3. **Assigned Users**: Total number of employees currently utilizing the Sanas app licenses in the Workspace.
4. **Active Users Trend**: Interactive graph displaying app utilization trend over your selected period.

1. **Workspace Switcher**: A drop-down menu for quick navigation between available Workspaces.

### Understanding Metric Relationships

#### License Optimization

**Provisioned vs. Assigned**: This comparison reveals your license utilization rate. For optimal resource allocation, aim to have your Assigned Users number closely match your Provisioned Licenses.

#### Usage Analysis

**Assigned vs. Active**: While Assigned Users represent your total license holders, Active Users track daily engagement. Active Users count each unique login instance, so a single user accessing multiple devices will get consolidated at the end of the day.

#### Enterprise Insights

**Multi-Workspace View**: Access a bird's-eye view of app performance across all Workspaces in your Sanas account, featuring critical metrics such as:

- Assigned Users
- Active Users
- Sanas Disabled instances
- Incompatible Setup reports
