The generated logs typically record events registered by the Sanas app, which helps our support engineers identify and resolve issues. ### Sharing Sanas app logs 1. From the Windows start menu, search for **%localappdata%** and locate the folder. 2. Look for the **Sanas.ai** folder and create a Zip file. Right-click on the folder, then click **Compress to Zip file**. 3.
