Overview

The Notifications page is a centralized hub for all your Sanas notifications.

Notification Categories

  • All – Provides a consolidated view of all notifications, including app alerts, feedback, and workspace updates.

  • App Alerts – Displays critical app-related alerts for Sanas Admins and Supervisors, such as:

    • App disablement by an app user

    • System compatibility errors

  • Feedback – Showcase the app users' feedback.

  • Workspace Settings – Notifies you about changes to Workspace settings.

Actions you can take

  • Mark all as read: Click Mark all as read at the top-right corner to set the current pending notifications as read.

  • Quick Navigation: Click on the notification to quickly navigate to the applicable app user or relevant settings on the Sanas portal.
