We have guides specific to [softphone applications](/v1/docs/application-based-dialers); you may want to search for a guide for your application before proceeding with this generic procedure. ### Before you begin - **Verify application**: Verify that the Sanas and the softphone application you want to configure are installed on your computer. - **Privileges**: Your organization may control your softphone application’s audio settings. Ensure you have the required privileges to modify these settings. ### Integration Steps 1. Launch the softphone application on your computer. If required, log in using your credentials. 2. Navigate to the application’s **Settings** menu, and look for "**Audio Settings**," "**Sound Settings,**" or similar options. 3. Navigate to Microphone, Input device, and select **Sanas Microphone** or **Sanas Virtual Audio** as the audio source. 4. Click **Save**/ **Ok** to apply the changes. **⚡ Pro tip**: Sanas works best when you adhere to the [Sanas best practices](https://help.sanas.ai/docs/best-practices-using-sanas). ### Support **Need help?** Get in touch with our [Support Team](mailto:support@sanas.ai) for assistance.
