Distortion in Audio (Synthesis Quality Issue)

To improve the synthesis quality, follow the below steps:
Use a USB headphone
If you are already using a USB headset, try changing the port or test a new headset
Ensure the correct input microphone is selected in the Sanas Application
Turn off any dialer settings related to Noise cancellation, echo cancellation, noise suppression, or auto gain
Refer to the Microphone Positioning Best Practice
Additional sound settings for physical headset (May not be available for all headphones)
Follow the below steps to configure headphones if you encounter audio quality issues after following the above steps.
Match the audio format of Sanas and Headphone
Double-click on the headset microphone
Click on the Advanced Tab
Click on the dropdown menu under the default format
Choose 1 channel, 16-bit, 16000 Hz (Tape Recorder Quality)
You may only see 44000 Hz for certain headphones, select the same if 16k Hz is not available.
If you see an option of “Audio Enhancement” After “Exclusive Mode” uncheck the same
Click apply and ok

Test and adjust the microphone volume for best results (suggested level between 50-70%)
