      Access the Support Portal

      1. Open your web browser and visit the support portal at https://support.sanas.ai

      2. Login using your credentials or email account shared by the Sanas team.

      How to Submit a Ticket

      • Navigate to the "Submit a Ticket" option.

      • From the dropdown, select "Report an Issue" or "Feedback".

      Report an issue

      • Update the subject field.

      • Update your company name.

      • Update the site location where the agent(s) encountered the issue.

      • Select the correct application version used by the agent.

      • Select the issue category.

      • Provide a detailed description of the issue.

      • Attach logs and images for better understanding.

      Feedback

      • Update your company name.

      • Give a title to your feedback in the subject line.

      • Share your feedback in the description box.

      • Add attachments if applicable.
