Pa_Open Stream Error Troubleshooting Steps
In case you are facing an issue where the customer can not hear you while using Sanas, follow the below steps for troubleshooting:
Check and confirm that the Sanas app is not blocked by the firewall or antivirus.
Relaunch Sanas and check if the issue is resolved.
Update audio drivers
Open Control Panel
Open ‘Manage Audio Devices’
Alternatively, open RUN / CMD > execute control mmsys.cpl sounds to open audio devices
Click on the ‘Recording’ tab
Double-click and open the selected headset
Click on ‘Properties’
Under the ‘General’ tab, click on ‘Change Settings’. This requires UAC or elevated access.
Once access is granted, click on the ‘Driver’ Tab
Click on ‘Uninstall Device’ and restart the system.
Note: Before uninstalling the device, Please copy the information under the ‘Driver’ to the table below in this format:
Driver Provider: <name> Driver Date: mm-dd-yyyy Driver Version: x.xx.xxx Digital Signer: <name>
