How to Login
Launch Sanas Application
Enter Login Credentials
Enter the Workspace ID and User ID.
Click on Activate Key.
Note: The application will auto login after the first time login except in cases a user logged out of application manually.
Home Page:
Enable Sanas
For ” Sanas to perform accent neutralization, the application must be “Enabled”.
Sanas will be in the “ON” state at login.
Select Audio Input
Choose the appropriate audio input from the dropdown menu.
Note - Use a USB headphone for best results.
Select Voice
Select the correct voice option, either Masculine or Feminine.
Disable Sanas
To disable Sanas synthesis:
You will see a prompt message.
Select the reason for disabling from the dropdown menu.
Click on Disable.
The supervisor will be notified on the portal upon disabling Sanas.
Options Menu:
Click on the hamburger icon to access user information and options.
Help Page
Microphone (Mic)
The icon indicates the microphone status: mute or unmute.
If the status is shown in red and mute, check the settings to unmute the microphone.
CPU
Displays the CPU utilization of the system.
If the utilization is high and shown in red, restart your system or contact your IT support for assistance to improve system performance.
Battery
Shows the battery status and whether the system is plugged into power.
If the status is red and Unplugged, connect your system to a power source.
Memory
Displays the installed memory in the system.
If the memory is below 8 GB, contact your IT support to increase the memory.
Restart Audio
Click on Restart Audio if you encounter any audio-related issues.

Good Feedback
Click Good if you love the product.
Select from the dropdown options to tell us what you like the most about Sanas.
Click Submit.

Click Bad if you are facing any issues with the product.
Select the most relevant option from the dropdown for the issues you are facing.
Click Submit.
About
Access this option to get details on the application version, model version, engine version, environment, and copyright information.
Logout
Navigate to the "options menu” and click on “Logout" to log out of the application manually.
Note: If logged out manually, Sanas application will not auto login at relaunch or startup.
