This guide explains the Sanas Personalization feature and how to enable it for a Workspace from the Sanas Portal.

Sanas Personalization

Sanas' Personalization feature enables Sanas app users to create and use a voice profile that is optimized for their voice and enhances their accent-translated voice by preserving their natural voice identity, enhancing overall naturalness, and making it more human.

Key points

  • Data security & safety - No audio gets recorded or stored anywhere.

  • Feature availability: The Sanas Personalization feature is available on the Sanas app version 4.3.X and above.

  • User status: Admins can review the Personalization status (Completed or Not completed) for each user on the Users page.

  • Voice profiling: During voice profile creation, app users need to read aloud a short sentence. If needed, they can recreate the profile at any time through the app.

Enable Sanas Personalization

Follow the steps below to enable Sanas Personalization for a Workspace:

  1. Log in to the Sanas Portal using your credentials.

  2. If you’ve multiple Workspaces, navigate to the Workspace you wish to enable this feature using the Workspace Switcher at the top-left corner.

  3. Click Settings on the left-side navigation menu, and scroll down to the Sanas Personalization section under the App Configurations.

  4. Enable the Sanas Personalization and confirm your action.

Once enabled, users on the supported Sanas app versions (4.3.X and above) will see the Sanas Personalization option available on their app. Refer to the Create voice profile guide for detailed instructions for the app user.

Review User Status for Sanas Personalization

Do the following to review users’ status:

  1. Navigate to your desired Workspace and click Users from the left-side navigation menu.

  2. Select the team you wish to review. Sanas Portal user management interface displaying team supervisors and user status.

  3. You can review the Sanas Personalization status for each user. You’ll find the following statuses:

  • Completed -  User has created a voice profile

  • Not completed - Voice profile creation is pending
