Introduction

This guide provides instructions on enabling the Automatic Volume Optimization (AVO) feature for an Accent Translation Workspace from the Sanas Portal.

What is Automatic Volume Optimization?

Automatic Volume Optimization is a Sanas app feature that automatically adjusts the headset volume for optimal voice output, helping to prevent audio distortion and providing smooth, consistent audio for the caller’s recipient.

Before you begin;

• You’ll need the Sanas Portal Admin access to enable this feature.

• The minimum app version supported for this feature is 4.1.X. Please update the Sanas app to the latest available version.

Enable AVO for a Workspace

1. Log in to the Sanas Portal using your credentials.

2. Ensure your desired Workspace is selected. Use the Workspace switcher at the top-left corner to switch between Workspaces.

3. Navigate to the Settings page, then scroll down to the Automatic Volume Optimization feature.

4. Turn on the toggle, then click Confirm to save your action.

5. Ensure all users are running the supported Sanas app version (minimum version required: 4.1.X) in the Workspace.
