How to bulk add users to teams?

How to Bulk Import Users:
Navigate to Teams: Click on "Users" in the main menu.
Select a Team: Choose the specific “Team” you want to add users to from the list.
Initiate Bulk Import: Click on "Bulk import".
Prepare for Import: Click on "Add".
Download the CSV Template:
Click on "Download .csv template".
A pop-up window will open to download the .csv template. Save the file.
Update the CSV File:
Open the downloaded CSV file.
Fill in the User ID, Name, and Team for each user.
User ID has to be unique in the file and not exist in the workspace already (across all teams)
The name is optional (do not include comma-separated first and last names).
Add an existing team name under the “Team” column. If the “Team” column is left blank, users will be added to the “Default Team” of the workspace. However, adding a new team will throw an error.
Save the updated CSV file.
Upload the CSV File:
On the Sanas Portal, click on "Select .csv file" and select the updated file.
Confirm the selected file name.
Complete the Upload: Click on "Upload".
Check the notification to verify the number of users to be uploaded.
Confirm the Import: Click on "Confirm".
Download Credentials:
A pop-up window will appear to download the login credentials of the users. Click on "Download again" to download the credentials CSV file, if the file is not already downloaded.
Finish the Process: Click on "Close" to complete the bulk import.
Upload Error
If you get an error message during upload, download the “Download Error Report” file.
Look for the “error message” in the new “Error” column added to the file.
Correct the upload file to rectify the error and upload again using the above steps.
