How to Access Event Viewer Logs for Sanas on Windows Desktop
Follow these steps to view the event logs specifically for Sanas using Windows Event Viewer:
Step 1: Open Event Viewer
Press Windows + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog box.
Type
eventvwr
and press Enter. This will launch the Event Viewer.
Step 2: Navigate to Application Logs
In the left pane, expand Windows Logs by clicking on the arrow next to it.
Select Application from the list. This will display all the application logs in the center pane.
Step 3: Filter Logs for Sanas.ai
Right-click on Application in the left pane and select Filter Current Log.
In the Filter Current Log window, go to the Event Sources dropdown menu.
Scroll through the list and select Sanas from the event sources list. If it's not listed, you can manually type Sanas to narrow down the logs related to the application.
Click OK to apply the filter.
Step 4: View and Analyze the Logs
The center pane will now display only the logs related to Sanas.
Click on any log entry to view its details in the lower pane. Review the log information to identify issues or monitor application performance.
Step 5: Save or Export Logs (Optional)
To save or share the logs, right-click on Application (or the filtered logs), and select Save Filtered Log File As.
Choose a location, provide a file name, and save the log file in your preferred format (e.g., .evtx or .txt).
