How to Disable Users

  1. Navigate to Teams: Click on "Teams" in the main menu.

  2. Select a Team: Choose the team from which you wish to disable user(s).

  3. Select Users: From the list of users, select the users you want to disable.

  4. Disable Users: Click on "Disable" to disable the selected users.

  5. Confirm Disable: Click on "Disable" again to confirm.

  6. Verify Status: Check the "License" column to verify that the status of the users is set to "Disabled".

How to Enable Users

  1. Select Inactive Users: From the list of users, select the user/s with an "Inactive" status.

  2. Enable Users: Click on "Enable Users" to enable the selected users.

  3. Confirm Status: Check the "License" column to ensure the status of the users is now "Active".
