How to reset user credentials?

Reset the User Password and Generate Temporary Credentials

1. Access the Teams Section: Click on "Users" in your navigation menu.

   

2. Find the Associated Team: Navigate to the team that the user is associated with.

   

3. Search for the User: Locate the name of the user whose password needs resetting.

4. Open User Options: Once you find the user, click on the three dots (options menu) next to their name.

   

5. View User Details: From the options menu, click on "View details."

   

6. Reset Password: Click on "Reset & generate a temporary password." On doing this, a new temporary password i generated and the original password has been reset.

   

7. Copy the New Credentials: Click on "Copy credentials" to copy the newly generated temporary password for the user.

   

8. Share credentials:

   • Share the new credentials with the user securely.
