How to reset profile password?

Access the Profile Menu

1. Navigate to the top right corner of the portal interface.

2. Find the profile button and click on it to open the dropdown menu.

Select Profile

1. In the dropdown menu, locate and click on the "View Profile" option.

2. This will direct you to your profile settings page.

Changing Password

1. On your profile page, look for the option to change your password.

2. Click on the option to proceed.

Enter New Password

1. You will be prompted to enter your new password.

2. Ensure your new password meets the specified criteria for length, complexity, and special characters.

Confirm Password Change

1. After entering your new password, click on the "Change" button to confirm the password change.

Confirmation Message:

1. Upon successful password change, you should receive a confirmation message indicating that your password has been updated.
