This feature will helps you understand how to invite admin users using a link, as well as how to add multiple emails in bulk. This streamlines the process of onboarding new admins, making it easy to manage access.

Steps to Use the Invite Admin By Link Feature:

To get started, navigate to the "Invite Admin" section within your portal and click on “Portal User” button.

Steps to Invite Admins via Link:

  1. Locate the Invitation Link: At the bottom of the Invite Admin link, you will see the invitation link. Use this link to invite    admins directly.

  2. Copy the Invitation Link: Click on the "Copy link" button. This action copies the link to your clipboard, which you can then share via email or messaging apps.

  3. Share the Link: Paste the copied link into an email or message to the individuals you wish to invite as admins. They can simply click the link to complete the invitation process.

Adding Admins

You can also invite admins and portal users can also be invited in three other ways:

  1. By Manual Email: Send personalized invitations to users by entering their email addresses.

  2. Bulk Invite: Upload a CSV file with multiple email addresses to invite many users at once.

  3. Invite by Link: Generate a unique link to join the portal directly.

These options provide additional flexibility for inviting new users.
