1. Scheduled Reports

Automate your reporting workflow with our new scheduled reports feature. No more manual report generation—Sanas Reports can now be automatically delivered to your email inbox at your preferred intervals.

Available Scheduling Options

  • Hourly: Current day's data delivered at regular intervals (3-12 hours)

  • Daily: Previous day's data delivered at your chosen time

  • Weekly: Last 7 days of data delivered at your preferred time

  • Monthly: Previous month's data delivered at your preferred time

Getting Started

Schedule your Sanas reports directly from the Reports page in the Sanas Portal. For step-by-step instructions, refer to our Schedule Sanas Reports guide.


2. Reports for custom duration

Generate reports for a custom date range that fits your business needs with our enhanced custom date picker functionality.

Reporting Intervals

You get the following options to review Reports:

  • Today

  • Yesterday

  • Last 7 days

  • Last 30 days

  • Custom range (1-30 days within the past 4 months)

How to Use

Access custom reporting from the Reports page in the Sanas Portal by selecting "Custom range" from the time period dropdown menu.


3. Workspace Time Zone

Take control of time-based data display across your entire Workspace with our new time zone management feature.

Key Features

  • Time Zone Modes:

    • Browser-based (Default): Data displays in each user's local browser time zone.

    • Workspace-based: All users see data in the configured time zone.

  • Visual Indicators: The Reports and Home pages now display "Time Zone:  [TimeZone]" for complete transparency.

💡 Pro Tip: Global teams can standardize on a single time zone for consistency or maintain browser-based mode for local relevance—choose what works best for your operations.
