About

This guide provides instructions for managing notifications related to setup incompatibility for Sanas app users.

Why it’s important?

The feature is specifically handy in cases when you don’t wish to show these error messages at your app user’s application and would want to manage these at the backend. Additionally, it helps facilitate timely app audits on the app users’ devices done by your customers to avoid unnecessary escalations.

Before you begin

  • You must have administrator privileges on the Sanas Portal to modify configurations.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Sanas Portal using your credentials or Single Sign-On (SSO) options.

  2. Navigate to the Settings page, and scroll down to the Incompatible Setup Warning section.

  3. Select one of the following options to configure the notification behavior:

Info: Incompatible warnings are hidden only for app users.

Hiding warning messages only prevents them from being displayed to app users. All detected setup incompatibility warnings will still be captured in the Sanas Portal and highlighted for administrators and supervisors.

    • Show warning to app users – Displays setup incompatibility warnings to Sanas app users.

    • Don’t show warning to app users – Hides warning messages from Sanas app users.
