  • Open the Sanas Portal.

  • Navigate to Settings.

  • Access Noise Cancellation (NC) User Preference.

  • Select Disallow Users to Enable/Disable Noise Cancellation.

  • Confirm the changes in the popup window. The changes will be saved at the workspace level.

How to Enable/Disable Sanas at a team level?

  • Open the Users page in the Sanas Portal.

  • Select the desired team and click on the three-dot menu.

  • To disable Sanas for all users in the team:

    • Choose Disable Sanas for all.

  • To re-enable Sanas for all users in the team:

    • Choose Enable Sanas for all.

Enable/Disable Sanas at the User Level

  • Open the Users page in the Sanas Portal.

  • Select the team that includes the target user.

  • Choose the specific user and click on the three-dot menu.

  • To disable Sanas for the user:

    • Select Disable Sanas.

  • To re-enable Sanas for the user:

    • Select Enable Sanas.
