Ability to prevent users from disabling Sanas synthesis
Overview
This guide explains how Sanas administrators can restrict users from disabling the Sanas synthesis toggle for Accent Translation (AT) and Noise Cancellation (NC). Admins can configure this feature through the Sanas Portal at the workspace level.

Admin Control:
Workspace admins can prevent users from enabling or disabling the Sanas synthesis toggle.
The toggle will be hidden from users entirely.
Automatic Activation:
When the "Disallow users to Enable/Disable Accent Translation" or "Disallow users to Enable/Disable Noise Cancellation" option is selected, the toggle is hidden, and Sanas is automatically activated for all users who previously had it disabled.
Configuration Lock:
Once changes are made, it cannot be modified again for 24 hours.
Permissions:
Only administrators can configure user preferences for Accent Translation (AT) or Noise Cancellation (NC).
App Version Requirements:
Accent Translation: Supported from app version v2.24.1205.9 and later.
Noise Cancellation: Supported from app version v2.24.1205.8 and later.
Default Settings:
By default, all workspaces allow users to enable or disable Accent Translation or Noise Cancellation.
Configuration Steps
Modify Settings for Accent Translation Users:
Open the Sanas Portal.
Navigate to Settings.
Access Accent Translation (AT) User Preference.
Select Disallow Users to Enable/Disable Accent Translation.
Confirm the changes in the popup window. The changes will be saved at the workspace level.
Modify Settings for Noise Cancellation Users
Open the Sanas Portal.
Navigate to Settings.
Access Noise Cancellation (NC) User Preference.
Select Disallow Users to Enable/Disable Noise Cancellation.
Confirm the changes in the popup window. The changes will be saved at the workspace level.
How to Enable/Disable Sanas at a team level?
Open the Users page in the Sanas Portal.
Select the desired team and click on the three-dot menu.
To disable Sanas for all users in the team:
Choose Disable Sanas for all.
To re-enable Sanas for all users in the team:
Choose Enable Sanas for all.
Enable/Disable Sanas at the User Level
Open the Users page in the Sanas Portal.
Select the team that includes the target user.
Choose the specific user and click on the three-dot menu.
To disable Sanas for the user:
Select Disable Sanas.
To re-enable Sanas for the user:
Select Enable Sanas.
