How to access notifications?
Log in to the Sanas portal using your credentials.
Navigate to the "Notifications" section located in the main menu.
Click on the desired tab (“All“, "App Alerts" or "Feedback") to view relevant notifications.
Notifications are displayed chronologically, with the most recent updates appearing first.
All: The "All" tab presents a comprehensive view of all notifications, combining both app alerts and feedback entries.
What does the portal notification contain?
App Alerts
App alerts provide critical information regarding the status of the agents’ interactions with the Sanas application.
Alerts notifications include:
Agents have explicitly disabled Sanas
Agent have explicitly logged out of the Sanas application (with reasons)
Feedback
The feedback tab serves as a platform for administrators and supervisors to monitor feedback submitted by the agents on the application. Notifications are generated for both administrators and supervisors whenever feedback is raised via the application. Notifications detail the nature of the feedback raised, providing insights into user concerns, suggestions, or issues.
