Echo During the Call

In case you are facing an issue where you hear an echo while using Sanas, follow the below steps to do basic troubleshooting checks
Switch to a new headphone and confirm if Echo is still observed
If no Echo is observed, use the new headset
If Echo is still observed with the new headphones, proceed to the below troubleshooting steps
Open sound settings
Access more or advanced sound settings
On the recording tab open Sanas Microphone properties
Navigate to the “Listen” tab
Make sure “Listen to this device is NOT checked”
Repeat the same for headphones
Make a test call, if Echo is still observed proceed with the below steps
On the Playback tab locate the headphones connected to the system
Double-click on the headphones to open more properties
Go to the Levels tab
If the Sidetone option is available reduce the Sidetone value to the lowest
Reduce the headset earphone volume ensuring voice of the speaker at the other end of the line is clear
Make a test call to check if Echo is still observed
