Sanas Recommended Settings for Version 2.24.0731.1 or Later
System Settings
The Sanas application includes a built-in feature to set the Sanas microphone as the default at the operating system (OS) level, ensuring seamless integration with other applications.
Dialer Settings
Web browser-Based Dialers
Once the Sanas microphone is set as the default at the OS level, your browser will automatically select it for audio input in the dialer application
Non-browser desktop App-Based Dialers
Navigate to the sound settings within the dialer application and manually select the Sanas microphone under the "Microphone" settings.
Sanas Recommended Settings for Version Older than 2.24.0731.1
For older versions of the Sanas application, follow these steps to configure the Sanas microphone as the default audio input:
Playback Settings
Set the physical headset connected to your system as the default playback device.
Recording Settings
Set the Sanas Microphone as both the Default Device and the Default Communication Device.
Ensure the physical headset connected to the system is in a "ready" status. Refer to the provided image for guidance.
Suggest disabling or disconnecting all other available microphones to prevent Windows from selecting them automatically.
Dialer Audio Settings
In the dialer’s audio settings, under the "Microphone" section, select the Sanas Microphone (Sanas Virtual Audio).
By following these steps, you can ensure the Sanas application's optimal performance and seamless operation in both modern and older environments.
