Introduction

This guide provides step-by-step instructions to schedule the Sanas Report. Scheduled reports are automatically generated at regular intervals and delivered to specified recipients via email in Excel format.

Before you begin

  • You’ll need access to the Sanas Portal to create a report schedule.

Create a report schedule

  1. Log in to the Sanas Portal using your credentials.

  2. Navigate to the Reports page.

  3. Click Schedule, then click + New Schedule.

    📔 Note: All report data aligns with your workspace's timezone. You can verify a workspace’s timezone on both the Home and Reports pages.

  4. Select your report delivery frequency from one of the following options:

    Frequency

    Description

    Data included

    Hourly

    Choose an interval (eg, every 3 hours).

    The current day’s data.

    For example, if the interval is set to 3 hours. The first report is delivered at 03:00 with the first three hours of data, and subsequent reports will be sent at 06:00 with the next six hours of data for the current day.

    Daily

    Select a specific time for delivery.

    The previous day's complete data

    Weekly

    Choose a day and time for delivery.

    The previous week's complete data.

    Monthly

    Select a date and time for delivery.

    The previous month's complete data.

  5. Use the search function to find and select the scheduled report’s recipients. Add multiple recipients as per requirement.

    💡 Important: If you can't find someone in the recipient list, verify that they are added to the Sanas Portal with admin or supervisor permissions.

  6. Finally, click Schedule report to save your configuration.

  7. Sanas will now schedule your report delivery based on the above configuration.
