Submitting feedback using the procedure below automatically sends us the app logs, which helps us further investigate issues in case a problem is reported.

Submit your feedback

  1. Open the Sanas app on your computer.

  2. Click on the menu icon () in the top-left corner.

  3. Select Feedback to access the feedback page.

  4. Rate your experience by selecting either Good or Bad.

  5. Choose a specific reason from the dropdown menu, then click Submit.
