Overview

The Users page provides detailed insights about App and Portal users specific to the selected Workspace.

App Users

The App Users tab displays all teams in the current Workspace with the following details:

  • Team Name – The Team's identifier

  • Team Supervisors – Names of assigned Supervisor

  • Active Users – Current number of active app users assigned to the Team

  • Status – Current status of Team — "Activated" or "Deactivated"

    📔 Note: The "Default Team" cannot be deactivated.

Portal Users

The Portal Users tab provides an overview of Admins and Supervisors across all Sanas Workspaces:

  • Name – Full name of the admin/supervisor

  • Email – Work email address.

  • Teams – Assigned Team on the Sanas Portal.

  • Role – Assigned role — Admin or Supervisor.

  • Status – Access status:

    • Active – Active access to the Sanas Portal.

    • Deactivated – Access is revoked.

    • Invited – An invitation has been sent, but the user has not yet joined the Portal.

    • Invite expired – The previously sent invitation has expired.

Team Details

Click on any Team listed on the App Users tab to access its app users page. The App users page provides the following details about its assigned app users:

  • User ID & Name – App user's name and work email.

  • App Status – Shows the Sanas app status for the app user — Engaged or Active.

    📔 Note: The App status shows Active if the user has activated the app and Engage if the user has enabled the app even once in the last 24 hours.

  • Last Login, Logout & Mic Engagement – Timestamps of the user's first login, last logout, and most recent Sanas microphone usage.

  • Voice (Sanas Accent Translation only) – The most recent voice tone selected by the user.

  • Version – Currently installed app version.

  • Machine – Computer serial number where the app is installed.

  • License – Current app license status for this user.
