2. Provisioned Licenses (Sanas Accent Translation only): Total number of Sanas app licenses allocated to the Workspace.

3. Assigned Users: Total number of employees currently utilizing the Sanas app licenses in the Workspace.

4. Active Users Trend: Interactive graph displaying app utilization trend over your selected period.

Understanding Metric Relationships

License Optimization

Provisioned vs. Assigned: This comparison reveals your license utilization rate. For optimal resource allocation, aim to have your Assigned Users number closely match your Provisioned Licenses.

Usage Analysis

Assigned vs. Active: While Assigned Users represent your total license holders, Active Users track daily engagement. Active Users count each unique login instance, so a single user accessing multiple devices will get consolidated at the end of the day.

Multi-Workspace View: Access a bird's-eye view of app performance across all Workspaces in your Sanas account, featuring critical metrics such as:
