Introduction
Auto Enable Sanas automatically enables Sanas at the beginning of each new app session, ensuring users do not need to manually toggle Sanas On before a call. When the feature is configured, Sanas toggles get enabled for both incoming and outgoing audio across Accent Translation, Noise Cancellation, and Speech Enhancement.
The auto enable works when the app user launches and authenticates on the Sanas App.
Before You Begin
Ensure your Portal role has Group or Account Settings: Full Access permissions to configure this feature.
Configure Auto Enable Sanas
Log in to the Sanas Portal using your credentials.
On the Group Tree, select the Group you want to configure. To apply this configuration across all Groups, select your Sanas Account instead.
Navigate to Settings > Configuration > Application Settings.
Enable the toggle next to Auto Enable Sanas on App Launch.

(Option) Enable the Lock Configuration toggle to prevent subgroup admins from modifying this setting.
Click Save. Auto Enable Sanas is now active for all App Users in the selected Group.
