Reset password for Sanas Portal

Introduction

This guide provides instructions on how to reset your Sanas Portal password. You can reset the password from:

• Login page: Reset password right from the Sanas Portal login page.

• Profile: Reset password from your Portal profile.

Reset password from the login page

1. Navigate to the Sanas Portal page from your preferred web browser.

2. Enter your email address, then click Continue.
   

3. Click Forgot password.
   

4. Click Continue from the Reset Password page. You’ll receive an email from Sanas with the password reset link.

5. Open the received email, and click Reset password. Opens the password reset page.

6. Configure your new password for Sanas Portal, then click Reset password.

Reset password from the profile

1. Log in to the Sanas Portal with your existing password.

2. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner, then click Profile.
   

3. Click Change password.
   

4. Configure your new password, then click Change.
