Getting started with the AT app
Home screen
The Home screen is your control center for managing all app functionality:
📔 Note: The ability to manually turn off Accent Translation from the app is controlled by your admin. Contact your admin for further information.
Accent Translation: Turn on or off Accent Translation from the app. When disabled, your admin receives an automatic notification.
Voice style: Choose a voice style between Masculine or Feminine that suits your voice naturally.
Audio input: Select an audio input source. Typically, select the microphone of your connected headset.
Minimize app: Minimize the app interface and run it in the background.
App menu: Access the additional app menu.
Help, Feedback, & About
Help: Monitor your system’s performance indicators like CPU and memory utilization, and battery and microphone statuses. Use the following options available on the Help page:
Restart Audio: Refresh the audio stream if you encounter any issues.
Check Compatibility: Runs a quick system compatibility check to identify any hardware incompatibility.
Feedback: Share your feedback on using the AT app. Any downrated feedback automatically creates a support ticket and submits the app log from your computer. This log is essential for us to understand the issue and resolve it at the earliest.
