Using Sanas Noise Cancellation

Introduction
This guide provides simple, step-by-step instructions for using the Sanas Noise Cancellation (NC) desktop app. The app is designed to be straightforward and easy to use.
Before You Begin
Verify Installation
Ensure the Sanas NC app is installed on your computer:
Windows: Search for "Sanas Noise Cancellation" in the Windows start menu
Not installed? Contact your IT team to request installation
Prerequisites
A stable internet connection.
Computer connected to your organization's domain.
Log in to the computer with your user credentials.
Make your first call with the Sanas NC
Step 1: App Activation
Your administrator configures the app's activation mode. Select the appropriate tab below and follow the steps based on the activation method available in your NC app.
Option A: User Activation Key (UAK)
This is the baseline activation method. Use it if other methods are unavailable.
Launch the Sanas AT app on your computer.
Enter your Workspace ID and User ID on the activation page. If you haven't received it yet, please get in touch with your supervisor or IT team for app activation credentials.
Click Activate Key.
Option B: Auto Activation
Auto-activation is a domain-synced activation using your computer’s current connected domain and user profile details.
If configured by your admin, the app will automatically activate upon launch.
Step 2: Using the Sanas NC app
Post activation, your app is ready to use. Select the tab and follow the procedure to configure your Sanas NC app.
Enabling Noise Cancellation
Enable the Noise Cancellation Microphone toggle.
Audio input
Select your headset's microphone from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Dialer Configuration
Sanas automatically configures itself with most compatible dialers. To ensure it's correctly set up with your calling application, follow the steps below:
Open your calling application (dialer).
Navigate to the audio settings.
Under audio input, select "Sanas Microphone" or "Sanas Virtual Audio".
And that’s it! You are ready to make your first call with Sanas. Rate your calling experience and help us improve the Sanas app.
