This guide provides a detailed overview of the Sanas Noise Cancellation (NC) app.

The latest released Sanas Noise Cancellation app version is: 3.2.17

Sanas NC is a multi-platform-supported application that helps you utilize NC capabilities along with your calls in real time. The NC app is bundled with our advanced speech understanding AI models to remove background noises captured by your headset’s microphone securely and in real time. All audio processing for noise cancellation happens locally (on-device), always ensuring a secure and crystal-clear calling experience.

Home screen

The Home screen page hosts the main app configuration options:

📔 Note: The admins control the Noise Cancellation toggle’s functionality on the Sanas NC app. If configured, you may not be able to manually disable the NC toggles from the NC app.

  1. Noise Cancellation Microphone: Controls the Noise Cancellation for your microphone. Enabling this applies noise cancellation to the outgoing audio.

  2. Outgoing Audio: Select the audio input source for outgoing audio. Typically, the microphone of your connected headset.

  3. Noise Cancellation Speaker: Controls the Noise Cancellation for your speaker. Enabling this applies noise cancellation to the incoming audio.

  4. Incoming Audio: Select the audio output source for the incoming audio. Typically, the earphones of your connected headset.

  5. Minimize App: Minimizes the app widget.

  6. App Menu: Opens the app menu.

  2. Audio input: Selects the audio input source. Typically, your connected headset’s microphone.

  • Help: View system performance indicators such as CPU, memory, and battery status. For troubleshooting, use Restart Audio or Check Compatibility.
