Sanas Integration with AWS Connect
Before proceeding, ensure that SANAS is installed on your system.
Access the AWS Connect Home Page
Open your web browser and go to the AWS Connect home page.
Configure Sanas as a Microphone in Browser Settings
Before launching the AWS Connect Contact Control Panel or Agent Workspace, set Sanas as the microphone in your browser settings.
Access your browser settings:
Click on "Privacy and Security."
Select "Site Settings."
Scroll down and choose "Microphone."
Set Sanas microphone (Sanas Virtual Audio) as your default microphone.
Test the Integration
Access settings in the AWS Connect and ensure that Sanas Microphone is selected under Microphone settings.
