Integrate Sanas with Amazon Connect (AWS Connect)

Introduction

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to integrate AWS Connect with the Sanas app.

Note 📔: Ensure you have access to AWS Connect, and the Sanas app is installed on your computer.

Integrate Sanas with AWS Connect

1. Navigate to AWS Connect on your preferred web browser. If required, log in with your credentials.

2. Configure the web browser settings

   Note 📔: We are using Google Chrome browser for demostration in the below procedure.

   1. Open your browser’s settings.

   2. Select Privacy and security from the left-side menu, then select Site settings.

   3. Click Microphone under the Permissions category.
      

   4. Select Sanas Microphone under the Microphone drop-down menu
      
      

3. Configure AWS Connect

   1. Navigate to the AWS Connect Settings.

   2. Select Sanas Microphone under the Microphone drop-down menu.
