Introduction

The Sanas Portal brings together everything you need to understand how your organization is using Sanas — from overall license consumption and user adoption, to granular usage patterns by product and group, to the quality and compliance of individual customer conversations. Together, the Home page and Reports page give you a complete picture: how many people are using Sanas, how much they are using it, and how well those conversations are going.

Reports Page: Usage Analysis

While the Home page shows real-time usage, the Reports page gives you historical Sanas utilization data, consolidated by day, for the group and time period you select. Choosing a cadence lets you compare performance across full billing or reporting periods rather than just the current moment — for example, setting the cadence to Monthly gives you a month-by-month view of Sanas utilization.

Filters:

  • Cadence: Choose cadence from Today, Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Custom Date to set the reporting cadence window. Use the calendar picker to select a specific date.

  • Users: View utilization data based on App User count across groups.

  • Hours: View Sanas utilization based on total hours of usage.

Actions:

  • Get Reports: Display a tabular list of Sanas utilization on a user level.
