Introduction

This guide walks you through the steps to download reports for a Workspace from the Sanas Portal.

Before You Begin

  • You must have Admin Portal access to complete the steps below.

  • Users with the Supervisor role can view and download reports only for the teams assigned to them.


Downloading a Report

  1. Log in to the Sanas Portal with your credentials.

  2. Click Reports in the navigation menu.

  3. Adjust the report parameters as needed:

    Note 📔: By default, the report is set to Today and includes All Teams. Report data is generated daily between 12:00 AM and 11:59 PM based on the timezone of the admin user viewing it. See Report considertations to learn more.

    • Timeline: Choose from Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, or Last 30 Days.

    • Teams: Select one or more teams to include in the report. At least one team must be selected.

  4. Click Download to save a copy of the report.
