Introduction
This guide walks you through the steps to download reports for a Workspace from the Sanas Portal.
To learn more about report metrics and their use cases, see Understand Sanas Reports.
Before You Begin
You must have Admin Portal access to complete the steps below.
Users with the Supervisor role can view and download reports only for the teams assigned to them.
Downloading a Report
Log in to the Sanas Portal with your credentials.
Click Reports in the navigation menu.
Adjust the report parameters as needed:
Note
📔 : By default, the report is set to Today and includes All Teams. Report data is generated daily between 12:00 AM and 11:59 PM based on the timezone of the admin user viewing it. See Report considertations to learn more.Timeline: Choose from Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, or Last 30 Days.
Teams: Select one or more teams to include in the report. At least one team must be selected.
Click Download to save a copy of the report.
