Do we record call data?

  • The Sanas noise cancellation application doesn't capture any call data. The call is processed within the device itself and no audio data is recorded by Sanas

  • Sanas Application just works as a virtual microphone on the local machine between the headset microphone and output speaker. No call data is sent for processing

What is the purpose of each URL to be whitelisted?

We require three URLs to be whitelisted and the purpose is as below:-

  • *.sanas.ai – Required for license activation and telemetry.

  • *.document360.io – Provides access to our user guide (optional for whitelisting).

  • https://cdn.auth0.com – Needed to download the application, as it is hosted on this CDN.

What information is needed when setting up users? Do you need to use full names?

  • You can set up an account and start using Sanas Noise Cancellation using the link - portal2.sanas.ai/signup. You don’t need to share users data with us
