Do we record call data?

  • Sanas does not record your calls. Our AI models process audio locally (on-device) without sending it to servers or cloud infrastructures. The application is designed to operate as a virtual microphone between your headset’s microphone and the recipient’s speaker. Hence, all of your calls are secure and remain unrecorded.

Is Sanas compliant with any data security frameworks?

What is the purpose of each URL to be whitelisted?

The URL whitelisting allows us to provide our services uninterruptedly. Below are the URLs and reasons behind whitelisting:  

  • *.sanas.ai – Required for app license activation and telemetry.

  • *.document360.io – Provides access to our user guide (optional for whitelisting).

  • https://cdn.auth0.com – Needed to download the application, as it is hosted on this CDN.

What information is needed when setting up users? Do you need to use full names?
