Introduction
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to integrate the Talkdesk desktop application with the Sanas app.
Note
📔 : Ensure that the Talkdesk and Sanas desktop app are installed on your computer.
Integrate Sanas with Talkdesk
Launch the Talkdesk application on your computer, and if required, log in to the dialer with your credentials.
Click on the Profile icon at the top, then select the Conversations Settings.
Scroll down to the Audio Settings section, then select the Sanas Microphone under the Microphone drop-down menu.
Ensure you select the connected headset under the Speaker drop-down menu. For example, the image below, Jabra Evolve 20 MS is selected under Speaker.
