How to Integrate Sanas with Talkdesk
Follow these steps to integrate Sanas with Talkdesk and configure your audio devices:
Prerequisites
Ensure that Sanas is already installed on your system.
Step 1: Log in to Talkdesk
Open your web browser and navigate to the Talkdesk login page.
Enter your login credentials to access your account.
Step 2: Navigate to Settings
Once logged in, click on the profile button located at the top right corner of the screen.
In the dropdown menu, select Settings.
Step 3: Access Conversation Settings
Within the Settings menu, click on Conversations Settings to access the audio device configuration.
Step 4: Configure Your Audio Devices
Under the Audio Devices section, you'll see options to select a Speaker and a Microphone.
Use the dropdown menus to choose the correct devices:
Speaker - Select the headphones connected to the system.
Microphone - Select Sanas Virtual Audio.
