How to Set Up SANAS Software in MaX UC Dialer for Accent Harmonization

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for configuring SANAS software within the MaX UC dialer application to enable accent harmonization.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure that both the MaX UC dialer and SANAS software are installed on your system.

Steps:

1. Access Profile:

   • Open the MaX UC application on your computer.

   • Click on the "Profile" option located at the top left corner of the window.

2. Navigate to Settings:

   • Once you click on "Profile," a menu will appear.

   • Select "Settings" from the menu options.

   • This action will open a pop-up window.

3. Configure Microphone Settings:

   • In the pop-up window, navigate to the "Audio" section.

   • Locate the "Microphone" drop-down menu under the "Audio" settings.

   • Click on the drop-down menu and choose "Sanas Microphone (Sanas Virtual Audio)" from the list of available options.

     

4. Final Checks:

   • Ensure that you do not modify the settings for In-call Audio and Ringtone to maintain the proper functionality of the MaX UC dialer.

   • Once you have selected the appropriate microphone setting, click on "OK" or "Apply" to save the changes.
