  1. Click on the start menu, search for Avaya One-X Agent, and launch the application.

  2. Log in to Avaya One-X Agent using the credentials provided.

  3. Click on Settings Agent Preferences on the home window of the dialer as shown in the below image.

  1. Go to Audio - Advanced- Select Microphone (Sanas Virtual Audio) in the dropdown under Record Device as shown in the below image and click on OK to save the settings.
