Integrate Sanas with Avaya One-X Agent

  1. Launch the Avaya One-X Agent application on your computer, and if required, log in to the dialer with your credentials.

  2. Click on the settings icon, then select Agent Preferences.

  3. Select Audio on the left-side menu, then select the Basic tab.

  4. Select Sanas Microphone under the Record Device drop-down menu.

  5. Click OK to apply the changes.
