Avaya One-X Agent integration with Sanas
Click on the start menu, search for Avaya One-X Agent, and launch the application.
Log in to Avaya One-X Agent using the credentials provided.
Click on Settings > Agent Preferences on the home window of the dialer as shown in the below image.
Go to Audio - Advanced- Select Microphone (Sanas Virtual Audio) in the dropdown under Record Device as shown in the below image and click on OK to save the settings.
