Integrate Sanas with Avaya One-X Agent
Launch the Avaya One-X Agent application on your computer, and if required, log in to the dialer with your credentials.
Click on the settings icon, then select Agent Preferences.
Select Audio on the left-side menu, then select the Basic tab.
Select Sanas Microphone under the Record Device drop-down menu.
Click OK to apply the changes.
