Schedule Sanas Reports

Introduction

Create schedules to have Sanas Reports delivered automatically to admins or managers at a defined frequency. Scheduled reports eliminate the need to manually export reports from the Portal; recipients receive them directly by email.

Note: There is no limit on the number of scheduled reports you can create.


Create a schedule

  1. Log in to the Portal using your credentials.

  2. On the Group Tree, select the Group you want to configure.

  3. Navigate to the Reports page.

  4. Click Get Reports, then click Schedule.

  5. Click Create New Schedule and fill in the following details:

    • Reports: Select the checkbox next to each report you want to include.

    • Name: Enter a descriptive name for the schedule.

    • Duration: Select the app utilization period to include in the reports:

      • Last 30 days

      • Month to Date

      • Week to Date

    • Cadence: Select how frequently the report should be delivered:

      • Daily

      • Weekly

      • Monthly

        Note: For each cadence option, configure the time, date, or day of delivery. Time is in UTC.

    • Send to: Enter the email addresses of the recipients.

  6. Click Schedule.


View or update a schedule

  1. Log in to the Portal and navigate to Reports > Get Reports > Schedule.

  2. Click View All Schedules to see all previously created schedules.

  3. Click the (â‹®) ellipsis next to the schedule you want to update, then click Edit Schedule. User interface showing report scheduling options with an edit schedule feature highlighted.

  4. Update the schedule as required.

  5. Click Schedule to apply the changes.


Delete a schedule

  1. Log in to the Portal and navigate to Reports > Get Reports > Schedule.

  2. Click View All Schedules.

  3. Click the (â‹®) ellipsis next to the schedule you want to update, then click Delete Schedule.

  4. Click Remove to confirm.
