It transcribes live calls on-device, automatically retracts personally identifiable information (PII), and delivers structured call intelligence: summaries, action items, and discussion points to the Sanas App users after every call.
For compliance and operations teams, SI continuously monitors active calls for compliance adherence and surfaces alerts on the Sanas Portal the moment a compliance issue is detected, providing your team with visibility to act before the call ends.
How It Works

SI utilizes Sanas' on-device speech-to-text (STT) AI model to transcribe calls locally on the user's machine, and processes this secure transcription through LLM to generate:

Key Features
On-Device Secure Transcription - Calls are transcribed on-device using Sanas' STT model. PII, including names, account numbers, and contact details, etc., is automatically redacted before any data is transmitted.
Structured Call Summaries - App users receive a formatted call summary with action items, discussion points, and notes at the end of every call, reducing manual documentation overhead without changing how App users work.
Speech Intelligence Dashboard - Administrators get a centralized view of call analytics, individual PII-redacted transcriptions, and compliance alerts across their team, directly on the Sanas Portal.
Real-Time Compliance Alerting - SSI evaluates call transcriptions in near real-time and triggers compliance alerts for high-risk categories like:
Abusive language or threats
Credential disclosure
Requests for sensitive information from callers.
