When should you submit feedback? Any time you have a notably good or bad experience on a call.
How to submit feedback
Launch the Sanas App on your computer and sign in if required.
Select More > Feedback from the app menu.
Rate your experience as Good or Bad.
Select a reason from the dropdown that best describes your experience.
Select Submit Feedback.
