Your feedback is critical and utmost important for us to understand your experience using Sanas and help us improve. Submitting feedback takes less than a minute and can be done directly from the Sanas App.

When should you submit feedback? Any time you have a notably good or bad experience on a call.


How to submit feedback

  1. Launch the Sanas App on your computer and sign in if required.

  2. Select More > Feedback from the app menu.

  3. Rate your experience as Good or Bad.

  4. Select a reason from the dropdown that best describes your experience.

  5. Select Submit Feedback.

Your feedback is submitted. No further action is needed from you.
