The following guide explains how to configure the automatic deactivation of inactive app users. The automatic deactivation of inactive users is based on a defined period of inactivity within the Sanas app.
Re-activate app users anytime
Deactivated users can be re-activated at any time. For instructions on re-activating users, refer to the section on re-activating app users.
Before You Begin
You must have administrator privileges on the Sanas admin portal to modify these settings.
Procedure
Availability: Auto inactive user deactivation
The automatic Inactive app user deactivation is only available on the Accent Translation (AT) workspaces with the app activation mode configured as User Activation Key (UAK).
Log in to the Sanas admin portal using your credentials or use the available Single Sign-On (SSO) option.
Navigate to the Settings page then scroll down to the Deactivate Inactive App Users section.
Enable the Deactivate Inactive App Users option and select the desired inactivity period. Inactive users will be deactivated based on this time period.
Click Save to apply the changes.
To verify the deactivation, you can review the deactivated app users.
