About

The following guide explains how to configure the automatic deactivation of inactive app users.

ℹ️ App users’ automatic deactivation is currently limited to the Accent Translation workspaces with app activation mode set to User Activation Key (UAK).

What is Automatic Deactivation?

Automatic deactivation is a feature that disables user accounts after a defined period of inactivity, helping streamline app license management by reducing the need for manual intervention.

An app user is considered inactive if there is no recorded instance of app activation. Users do not need to use the app actively—simply not logging in is enough to trigger the inactivity timer. The countdown for inactivity begins from the user's last logout.

Once the inactivity period is exceeded, the user is automatically deactivated. You can easily reactivate users at any time if needed.
