Raise Support Ticket on Sanas Support Portal

This article provides step-by-step instructions to create a support ticket from the Sanas Support Portal. Follow the steps below to raise the support ticket.

Before you begin

  • We’ve reserved our Support portal just for our customers. Please contact our Support Team to obtain your access credentials. We are here to assist you.

  • You could raise support tickets in two ways:

Procedures

Raise ticket from the Support Portal

  1. Access Sanas Support Portal

    1. Navigate to the Sanas Support Portal at: https://support.sanas.ai

    2. Log in using your credentials shared by the Sanas support team.

  1. Click Submit a Ticket from the top navigation bar.

  2. Fill out the support form. Ensure you fill in these mandatory details:

    • Requester Email (Auto-filled based on the logged-in account)

    • Workspace ID

    • Subject

    • Description

  3. Additionally, we recommend attaching any supporting files, such as screenshots, to help us understand the issue and provide a viable solution.

  4. Click Submit.

Ask a quick question from Sanas Support

In addition to the above procedure, you can also submit a question quickly to the Sanas Support.

  1. Navigate to the Sanas Support Portal at: https://support.sanas.ai.

  2. Click on the Help icon in the bottom-right corner.

  3. Describe your issues in the support form. Ensure you fill in all mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*) next to them.

  4. Once done, click Submit.
