Introduction

The article provides instructions for manually collecting the Sanas app logs from a Windows computer and sharing them with Sanas Support if requested. The generated logs typically record events registered by the Sanas app, which helps our support engineers identify and resolve issues.

Sharing Sanas app logs

  1. From the Windows start menu, search for %localappdata% and locate the folder.

  2. Look for the Sanas.ai folder and create a Zip file. Right-click on the folder, then click Compress to Zip file.

  3. Share the created zip file with our Support Team via your preferred channel.
